SIDE NOTE: I’ve read some negative reviews online about their pricing, but you get what you pay for. This is not a cab company with run-down vehicles and sleezy drivers. If you want great service in a nice, clean vehicle, go with Up North Taxi.

We used Up North Taxi for my bachelorette weekend, and couldn’t have been more happy with them! The service was truly above and beyond. On the way into Traverse City, my flight was delayed in the air, and Nancy waited for me for 30 minutes at no extra charge. We also used one of their larger passenger vans for transport to and from my lake house (~20 minutes outside TC) and downtown Traverse City, and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend! P.S. I should also mention that we were there over July 4th weekend (and the Cherry Festival), which I can only imagine is one of their busiest weekends of the year. We never felt it!Show more

Up North Taxi should be FIRST choice for transportation in Traverse City. I provided flight information, texted our departure from Minneapolis and our ride was ready when we walked out the door. Plenty of room in the clean, comfortable vans. Same prompt, courteous service the next morning returning to the Airport. These gentlemen are the standard for exceptional customer service!Show more

We had a great experience with Up North Taxi! We called and had a ride in less than an hour for our dinner reservations. We were able to coordinate our return trip as well and set our minds at ease while we enjoyed our night out. Dispatch was great to talk to and informative for coordinating our ride.
